Now that you’ve got every meatloaf recipe you could ever need, here’s the insider knowledge that’ll help you make your best meatloaf every time. The easiest way to mix up your meatloaf ingredients is to do it with your hands. This will also help you avoid overmixing, which results in a tough loaf. To ensure your meatloaf has cooked all the way through, use a meat thermometer. Internal temperature should be 165F for a beef lasagna, check your recipe for more details. Generally, meatloaf can be made a few hours in advance and refrigerated until it’s time to bake. Cover and refrigerate your leftover meatloaf slices. To reheat, microwave each slice on a microwave-safe plate uncovered on Medium-High (70 percent) for 11/2 to 2 minutes.
