1. Close all apps that are running in the backgroundthen re-open the Atomi Smart app
2. Uninstall and reinstall the Atomi Smart app thenrepeat the setup process

very well made lights, the hoop on top of each light is convenient for hanging. only wish there was a complete customization for lighting scenes, not just the 9 premade or allow for changing colors in the options of the current scenes. these would be 5 star if the app had better contols.

Installed a total of 6 boxes of the string lights and synched them up. These lights are very well made and sturdy. The app is very user friendly and love the programable features that lets you change colors easily. Multitude of color options are available with the ability to brighten, dim, saturate, or fade the colors. You can select a single color, multi colored or a specific theme. Although they look great in the dark, I do wish they were a bit brighter. Overall, I am very satisfied with these string lights.

I was very impressed with the quality of the bulbs, not glass but a very thick clear plastic and the wiring and connections are also put together well. Excellent bright colors look great, easy set-up and use with mobile app!! Great price for a great product…I bought 5 boxes, strings of lights !!
